The owl mobiles are on sale! Like, drastically on sale! So pop on into the store and pick one up for a mere $AU45! Geepers… that’s almost half price!

They’re only going to be in the store until the 22nd of May, so if you want one you better grab one quick because once they’re gone, they’re gone!
This week I have been madly sewing bandana bibs as the amount of drool coming out of Little Snicker is driving me BONKERS!
If you haven't ever seen a bandana bib, basically it is a triangular bib... kind of like what cowboys wear. They are much more fashionable than your traditional bib, especially for older babies.
Anyway, I figured while I was sewing some for Little Snicker I'd also sew some extras:

Once I have put the snaps on this lot I will be putting them up in the Etsy Store. Make sure you swing by and check them out!
You may have noticed that I have been a bit quiet on the blog front, not really posting about the new and exciting things I've been making as much as I used to.
There is a reason for that...I have been busy setting up my Etsy.com store! There isn't anything in it yet, but it's still exciting, right?!?
As if that wasn't exciting enough, trust me when I tell you that things are about to get a whole heap more exciting as I have some VERY exciting news. Hold onto your hats people!
First, take a look at this:

What is it you ask? Well it is my 'sock owl box'. For the past couple of weeks I have been in negotiations with the lovely Claire from Craft Schmaft, to arrange the purchasing of a cottage license to enable me to make and sell her owl mobiles in my Etsy store. I am so excited! If you haven't seen Claire's stuff, I suggest you pop on over and take a look. There is some VERY cute stuff!
The first batch of owl mobiles should be in the store by the end of the upcoming long weekend with a bit of luck. Once they are up, I will be working on some tag blankets and pencil/crayon rolls to put in the store as well.
After years of procrastinating about selling my craft stuff, I am finally doing it. I hope to be able to generate enough income from it to at least buy craft products so that I can keep making stuff once the maternity leave money runs out.
Oh, and for those of you wondering how much money I've generated via Adsense... well as of right now, the balance is a whopping $0.00! lol... awesome
